The SC-2060 Digital HDTV Line Doubler uses the "Astrosnap" technology to convert Interlaced HDTV signals into flawless progressive HDTV signals. The unit takes in a HD-SDI signal and outputs an RGB DVI signal. By utilisizing the new motion detection and compensation technology known as "Astrosnap", jagged lines usually seen in simple conversions are now eliminated to give the user the smoothest picture possible. Since the Pull Down process was intended for film, computer graphics and other high resolution images, the end result is a very prestene/sharp picture good enough to be displayed on a large projection system.
