SC-2056 is a digital scan converter capable of converting HD-SDI into digital signals ranging from VGA(640×480) to SXGA.(1280×1024). Astrodesign's original "TERA"(Technology Radionics)technology is utilized for image conversion. Success in obtaining the best image conversion is made possible by the SC-2056’s support of SMPTE formats through the HD-SDI input interface and the smooth transition to a digital DVI / analog RGB video signal while reducing AD/DA conversion losses. This model is the optimal scan converter for displaying HDTV images on a DVI-supporting projector or monitor and many other similar applications.
